Prawn With Coconut Sauce..
Method : In a skillet heat oil on medium and add cloves, pepper corns and bay leaves.Lower heat and fry for one or two minutes.Add green chili sliced lengthwise, salt, turmeric, mint leaves, coriander seeds powder, prawns and stir for six minutes on medium-high heat.Then add coconut milk and cook on medium-low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.When the sauce thickens, garnish with coriander leaves and remove from heat.

Prawn Curry
Method : Clean and wash prawns. Grind the masala to a smooth paste. Chop the onions and ginger finely. Extract tamarind pulp. Grind the red chillies to a paste. Heat a little oil, add onions, garlic, ginger and red chillie paste and fry well. Add prawns, masala paste, tamarind pulp, salt and water to cover the prawns. Cook until water evaporates and the prawns are tender. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
